Chili Cookoff Contestant Entrance Fee

Rules of Entry:

• Chili is defined as any kind of meat, the combination of meats, beans, or vegetables cooked with chili peppers, various spices and other ingredients.  Each entry must be labeled Meat or Vegetarian” and there will be competitions in each category.
• Only one entry per person
• Setup time is 10:00 am, breakdown time is 1:30 pm
• All ingredients must be pre-cooked before the event.  Chili is to be brought ready to eat but will be reheated. Each contestant should be prepared to serve 150 2 oz servings.  Suggested chili amount is approximately 3 gallons of chili. 
• Contestants are responsible for supplying their serving utensils, electric crockpot, and serving the chili during the event.
• The MCPF will provide tables, chairs, tasting spoons, and cups for use in serving the chili 
• All entrants will get one souvenir apron.
• Cash prizes for winners.
